Part-Time (Weekends) Laboratory Technician – West Goshen Township Wastewater Treatment

Position

West Goshen Township has an opening for a part-time laboratory technician. The candidate will perform a variety of routine mineral, physical, and microbiological tests and analyses on wastewater samples to meet regulatory testing requirements. The candidate must be able to perform field sampling and follow quality assurance/quality control program criteria.

Experience: One year of laboratory experience (employed) or sixteen (16) semester hours of college or university laboratory courses such as chemistry, physics, and biology. Training and certification will be provided to meet PA DEP laboratory accreditation requirements.

Hours: Saturday and Sunday for approximately 4 hours per shift. Start time is negotiable but must be between 6:00 am to 8:00 am.
