About the event
Are you a new or a seasoned pretreatment coordinator? Either way, you need to know the devastating effects of fats, oils and greases (FOG) on your collection and treatment processes. This training course will cover the following: Offer Responsibilities from the POTW as Seen Through the Eyes of US EPA with regards to FOG; Pretreatment Ordinances with Regards to FOG, Good and Bad; Grease Trap / Interceptor Design; Grease Trap Inspections and BMP’s; and a Case Study.
The Program is designed to be of interest and provide information to novice and experienced Industrial Waste Pretreatment Coordinators as well as Treatment Facility Managers and Supervisors. Other interested persons are welcome.
