Dealing with Angry People, Stress & Worker Safety (#9764):

This course helps participants recognize the factors that contribute to anger, frustration, and conflict in the workplace and provides practical techniques for de-escalating difficult situations while maintaining a safe and professional environment. Participants will also gain an understanding of common workplace stressors, their impact on employee health, safety, and performance, and effective strategies for managing stress to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses, and lost productivity.

Active Shooter/Workplace Violence Response (#9425):

This course prepares participants to recognize, respond to, and survive active shooter, active threat, illegal intruder, and workplace violence incidents. Through proven response strategies and practical tactics, participants will learn how to protect themselves and others, make sound decisions under stress, and improve their facility's overall preparedness for violent emergencies
