Webinar - EPA’s Engineering Support for water/wastewater infrastructure projects

EPA has expanded its Water Technical Assistance (WaterTA) offerings to help even more communities by providing engineering support to develop State Revolving Fund (SRF), PENNVEST for PA.

State agency partners have consistently expressed that one of the most prevalent hurdles communities face in accessing SRF funding is the completion of required project engineering analyses such as development of preliminary engineering reports (PERs). The EPA WaterTA Engineering Support Team (WEST) can help fill this gap and provide services such as project planning, asset management, needs assessments, alternatives analyses, design, and PER development.

EPA has procured contracts to support WEST with licensed professional engineers in each state. Each of our prime contractors are also able to subcontract with local organizations/businesses to ensure adequate local expertise and to build relationships and trust. Subcontracts will have to meet federal contracting requirements.
